About Woods and Water Pottery
Woods and Water Pottery is owned and operated by Richard (Rick) and Karen Roth. We have been married for over 30 years and share a number of interests. Recently we discovered how much we enjoy working with clay. Rick is a talented artist, known primarily for his wildlife wood carving, which is represented in some of his pieces. The wildlife interest doesn't stop there, we also own an exotic animal business (The Creature Teachers (www.thecreatureteachers.com)) for educational purposes. Rick goes to schools, libraries, camps, and birthday parties educating the public on the variety of animals and their place in the world.
In January 2017 we changed our name from Sarah Doublet Potters to Woods and Water Pottery. We feel our new name better suits our style and interests.
We hope you enjoy our products.
